1) Can you share how promotions typically work in all your experience?
2) How does your company usually announce or post open roles for promotion opportunities?
3) When an employee is promoted off-cycle, how is their performance managed when the annual review comes around?
4) If an employee is promoted off-cycle, is the following year's review and compensation tied to the promotion date, or does it remain aligned with the original annual review cycle? I’d prefer to keep the annual review date consistent. How do we typically manage compensation adjustments in this case? For example, if Alex's annual review falls in July but he got promoted in March this year. When it comes to next year's review in July, how should we handle his new compensation? There is a 4-month gap from March to July.
